We are excited to re-open KidMin for the 9:00am Service.

We can't wait to see you Sunday!

REGATHERING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

KidMin classes will begin Sunday, October 4 for the 9:00am service ONLY. There will be nursery through preteen classes available. At the 10:45am service children will sit with their family. Once a month the church will gather outside for a Saturday night service. On those nights, there will be no KidMin classes.

REGISTRATION

  • Seating has been reduced in the Worship Center to ensure adequate distancing between individuals & families.

  • All KidMin classrooms have a limit on the number of children to ensure social distancing.

  • Registration will be required starting October 4 for KidMin Classes.

  • If you are bringing a guest with you and the guest has not pre-registered, you will need to stop by the Welcome Tent located in the parking lot. Your guest will register and receive their welcome gift and name tag.

CHECK IN/OUT

  • Only one parent will be allowed to enter the check-in/out lines. We encourage you to send the same parent for both check-in/out to limit exposure and to help limit hallway traffic.

  • You’ll see lots of big waves, but let’s avoid hugs, high-fives, and handshakes.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

  • Every KidMin staff member, crew member, parent who is checking a child in and child will have their temperature taken before entering the KidMin area.

  • If the child or parent has a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher, you will not be able to check-in and asked to watch the service online.

MASKS

  • Every KidMin staff member, crew member, parent who is checking a child in (and out) and child 5 years of age and older will be asked to wear a mask. Crew members and children 5 and older will continue to wear their masks once in the classrooms. Masks will not be removed until an individual has left the building.

  • We will have masks available.

SANITIZER

  • Every KidMin staff member, crew member and child will be asked to use hand sanitizer or wash their hands before entering a classroom.

  • Each crew member that is serving in a classroom will have bottle of hand sanitizer to use as needed throughout the class time.

Keeping our kids and our crew members safe is our top priority. We are asking everyone to be fluid, flexible and have fun. Please know the decisions that have been made are for the safety of all our crew members, children, and families. We look forward to serving with you and seeing our kiddos in person!

We want our children to be excited about coming together to worship and grow each week!

He’s Alive Kids is not a nursery or childcare. We have created an environment for children ages 6 weeks through 6th grade where children will learn about Jesus and how to follow Him in their daily lives. Our classroom ages are:

  • Nursery (6 months-1 year)

  • Toddlers (1 year-2 years old)

  • Preschool (3 years & potty trained-5 years-not in Kindergarten)

  • K-3rd grade

  • PreTeen Class (4th-6th Grade)

*Classroom ages may be altered during our Regathering season.

Safety and Security

We have excellent crew members that have been through training and have background checks. At check-in, you will be given a name tag to place on your child and a corresponding small white pick-up tag that is required to be shown to your child’s classroom teacher at pick up.

Check-in

The check-in desk will open 10 minutes prior to the start of the 9:00am service. Kids may begin entering their classrooms 10 minutes prior to the start of the service. Check-in will remain open 10 minutes after the service has begun. All families arriving after this time, will need to plan to go into Worship together.

  • Kids ages 3 years old through 6th grade will participate in their own worship experience.

  • Each classroom is staffed with TWO adults and ONE teen helper.

  • All children are provided a snack each week. If your child has a food allergy be sure to let us know during check-in and let their teacher know.

  • Kids are encouraged to bring their Bibles to class each week and prizes are given out. If your child needs a Bible contact our Children’s Minister.

KidMin hosts a Facebook page for HAC Families. Ministry news, updates, videos, and teachings are posted regularly.
